Council is considering an application from Demirjian & Co Pty Ltd to occupy a part of Council's footpath for the purpose of outdoor dining at 2/557 Military Road, Mosman.
The applicant seeks to occupy a total area of 7.23m2 - consisting of three areas as shown on the plan, adjacent to the shop fronting Myahgah Mews and Vista Street, Mosman.
