Outdoor Dining Application – “Open Circus”, Shop 6, 713-715 Military Road, Mosman

Consultation has concluded

Council has received an application from Rummey Pty Limited to extend the existing outdoor dining area on Council's footpath adjacent to the café at Shop 5, 713-715 Military Road, Mosman to include a 4.96m2 area in front of Shop 6 under Section 125 of the Roads Act 1993.

The applicant has extended the café premises to include Shop 6 and is seeking a commensurate increase in the outdoor dining area. The existing outdoor dining area in front of Shop 5 is 1.6m x 4.75m or 7.16m2 and the proposed new area in front of Shop 6 is 1.6m x 3.1m or 4.96m2. The premises has a Gouldsbury Street frontage.
