Consultation has concluded

Council has received an application for consent for existing encroachments including an elevated driveway, an elevated pedestrian access bridge, front fence and gates, and retaining walls and landscaping below the road between the existing front fence and the house occupying 139m2 of road reserve at 71 Parriwi Road.

The location of the property is shown on the aerial image and detail of the proposal is shown on the plan. The application is also attached.

Submissions regarding the application for the Roads Act 1993 consent will close Tuesday 26 May 2020.
