Council at its meeting on 2 June 2020 resolved unanimously to place a proposal to grant a further five year lease of part of the Balmoral Baths premises at 2A The Esplanade comprising the Public Dining Room restaurant, Balmoral Beach Kiosk and associated storage rooms. (The storage space associated with the lease is covered by separate licences). The change rooms (including public toilets and showers); and the club rooms and terrace are excluded from the proposal. The current lease (and licences) expire on 28 February 2022. Any submissions by way of objection will be reported back to Council for determination, otherwise the lease (and licences) will be granted.

The report to the Council meeting detailing the proposal and recommendation adopted by Council is attached together with the statutory notice required under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
