Council is considering an application from Cali Press Pty Ltd to occupy part of Council's footpath for the purpose of outdoor dining at 1/914 Military Road, Mosman.

The applicant seeks to occupy a total area of 15.5m2 as shown on the plans attached, adjacent to the shop fronting Military Road and Raglan Street, Mosman.

Council welcomes your submission on the proposal by 1 July 2020.
