Community Grants Application Form 2026/2027

Please read the information below before starting your application. It will help you complete the form online.

Before you begin

Please read the Community Grants and Assistance Policy and Community Grants Application Guide in the Documents Library before applying.

Supporting documents

You will need to upload supporting documents as part of your application. To make the process easier, save all documents to your computer before you begin.

Required documents are listed in the Community Grants Application Guide. You will also need to upload a completed Budget Template.

The following documents are available in the Documents Library:

• Community Grants and Assistance Policy
• Community Grants Application Guide
• Budget Template
• Evaluation form (available April - June)

Saving your application

You can complete your application in stages. To save your progress, click ‘Save and Continue’ at the bottom of the page before logging out.

When you return, reopen your draft application and continue where you left off using the ‘Previous Page’ button.

If you leave the application to view the Documents Library or FAQs, do not select ‘Retake Survey’, as this will delete your application.

Completing your application

Please answer all questions in each section. Incomplete applications may not be accepted.

Review your application carefully before submitting, as you cannot make changes after submission.

Submitting your application

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your application may not have been submitted.
