Please read the Community Grants and Assistance Policy and Guide before proceeding with this application. They can be accessed via the Document Library.

Attaching supporting documentation:
You will need to upload supporting documentation in this application. To make your application process smooth, make sure these documents are saved on your computer or on a storage device connected to your computer before you start.
Supporting documents that are required in your application are listed in the Community Grants Guide. You will also need to upload a budget using our Budget Template. This can be downloaded via the Documents Library.
We prefer to have applications lodged online. You must register to use this online application. Once you have registered, your login details will help us contact you to provide information and support throughout the year. If online applications are a problem for you, please contact the Community Development Administration team on 02 9978 4233.
Saving your application:
Your online application can be completed in stages. If you wish
to leave a partially completed application press ‘save and continue’ on
the button at the bottom of the page and log out of the application.
When you log back in you can re-open your draft application and start where you
left off by pressing 'previous page'. CAUTION If you leave your
application to check on a document in the document library or the FAQs, you
will be able to return to your application, but DO NOT select the Retake Survey option.
This will delete all the information you have already entered.
Simply scroll down and if necessary select the previous page option.
Completing your application:
Please make sure you have answered all the questions in each section of this form otherwise your application will be considered incomplete. Please review your application carefully before submitting it. Once you have submitted your application you will not be able to edit your responses.
Submitting your application:
When you submit your application, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a copy of your application in the body of the email. This will be sent to the email you used to register. If you do not receive a confirmation email you should assume that your application has not been submitted. If this occurs, please contact the Community Development Administration team on 02 99784233 and ask for help.
