Share your feedback on our draft Community Engagement Strategy. The strategy, which is informed by independent review and public consultation, will guide engagement with the local community when developing Council’s plans, policies, programs, projects, and in determining Council-led activities.
The strategy reflects Council's commitment to inclusive, transparent and accountable engagement, which supports decision-making, builds relationships and strengthens a sense of community in Mosman.
The draft strategy:
outlines how community engagement links to Council’s strategic framework;
sets guiding principles;
outlines our approach to community engagement;
highlights methods for evaluation and review; and
includes an action-oriented implementation plan.
The draft strategy can be viewed on this page or by visiting the Civic Centre or Barry O'Keefe Library.
Submissions on the draft strategy will be received up until Thursday 6 November.

Submissions will help inform the finalised strategy and its implementation.
At the conclusion of the exhibition period, a further report will be submitted to Council with the details of any submissions received and to adopt the policy.
