Mosman Council is calling for Expressions of Interest for an exclusive licence to provide quality light food and refreshments including quality espresso coffee and gelato/ice cream from a mobile service at Clifton Gardens, Rosherville and Sirius Cove reserves for a three-year term commencing 1 October 2026 with an option in favour of Council to grant a further two years, subject to conditions.
The specification for the EOI containing the proposed conditions of the licence is attached in the Documents panel. Any response as a minimum should address all items listed under the section "Information to be Submitted in EOI Response" of the specification.
Responses to the EOI must be emailed to quotations@mosman.nsw.gov.au to reach Council prior to 10am Friday 31 July 2026.
