MOSPLAN 2025-2035 takes effect

MOSPLAN 2025-2035, which includes the 10-year Community Strategic Plan, four-year Delivery Program and the 2025-26 Operational Plan as well as the Budget, Long Term Financial Plan and associated resourcing strategies, are effective as of 1 July 2025.
