Lease of unformed roadway under Section 153 of the Roads Act 1993

The Lease of unformed roadway at 9 Mistral Avenue is due for renewal under the provisions of Section 153 of the Roads Act 1993 for a reduced area to formalise the encroachment of a fence and landscaping.

Council is inviting submissions on the renewal for the Roads Act 1993 consent. Submissions can be made via the below submission form or by regular post to the General Manager, Mosman Council, PO Box 211 SPIT JUNCTION NSW 2088.
