Consultation has concluded

Notice is given that Mosman Council proposes to vary the terms of the approved renewal lease to Mosman Bay Marina Pty Limited of that part of Harnett Park (Crown land reserve R43962) above the high-water mark occupied by part of Mosman Bay Marina premises, so that the:

  • term of the lease is increased from 20 years to 25 years
  • commencement date of the lease is altered from 1 October 2019 to 1 July 2023
  • area of the lease occupied by encroachments is reduced from 60.48m2 to 3.942m2

This is a variation of Council’s resolution of 1 October 2019 granting consent for the renewal lease so that it aligns with the recently agreed Transport for NSW lease for the balance of the boatshed premises together with the marina and slipways structures over maritime land.

Submissions will be received up to and including 18 May 2023.
