Council is considering an application from Ogenki Japanese Restaurant Pty Ltd to occupy part of Council's footpath for the purpose of outdoor dining adjacent the premises fronting Gouldsbury Street at 7/713-715 Military Road.

The applicant seeks to occupy an area measuring 4.8sqm as shown on the plan attached.

Council welcomes your submission on the proposal by 9 September 2022.
