Consultation has concluded

Council is considering an application from TJ Ming Pty Ltd to continue to occupy a part of Council's footpath for the purpose of outdoor dining at 2/643-645 Military Road, Mosman.

The applicant seeks to occupy a total area of 11.4m2 adjacent to the cafe fronting Albion Lane, Mosman.

An approval already exists for this occupation however, there is a new owner in place.
