Mosman Council has prepared the draft Rosherville Reserve and Chinamans Beach Plan of Management for public land that will guide the future use and management of Rosherville Reserve and Chinamans Beach. The study area includes the existing parkland, foreshore, playground, picnic facilities, walking paths, amenities building and other key features.
A new Plan of Management is required to meet the legislative requirements of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and Local Government Act 1993. It will provide a framework for the sustainable management of Rosherville Reserve and Chinamans Beach that ensures the recreational needs of the community are met.
The draft Rosherville Reserve and Chinamans Beach Plan of Management is currently on public exhibition and we are inviting the community to have their say and provide feedback.

Consultation closes Monday 21 July 2025. At the end of the community consultation period, all submissions received will be reviewed and considered in the finalisation of the draft Rosherville Reserve and Chinamans Beach Plan of Management.
