Renewal of lease of unformed roadway under Section 149 of the Roads Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 149 of the Roads Act 1993, Council proposes to renew the existing lease at 14 Brierley Street for a further 20-year period for the garage under the footpath.

Lease term: 23 September 2026 - 22 September 2046
