Renewal of leases of unformed roadway (Roads Act 1993) - Section 149 and 153

Section 149

Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 149 of the Roads Act 1993, Council proposes to renew the following leases for a further 10 year period:

  • 1 Holt Avenue - Garage under footpath
  • 16 Brierley Street - Garage under footpath

Section 153

Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 153 of the Roads Act 1993, Council proposes to renew the following leases for a further five year period:

  • Mosman Bay Waterfront - 2D Mosman Street - Section 153 Roads Act - Carspace
  • 9 Mistral Avenue - Fence and landscaping

Submissions regarding the renewal of these leases will close Sunday 18 July 2021.
