Welcome to Mosman Council’s Disability and Inclusion Action Plan survey!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us what you think about the things Council can do to make Mosman more accessible and inclusive of people with disability.

Your response to this survey will be used to help Mosman Council update our Disability and Inclusion Action Plan. What you say will be passed on to ARTD Consultants, who we have asked to help us update our plan. The survey is anonymous so no one will know it is you who has said this.

The deadline to complete the survey is 5pm, Friday 30 April, 2021.
