Consultation has concluded

Council has received an application to occupy a 58.2m2 area of unformed road reserve under Section 138/139 of the Roads Act NSW 1993 adjoining 41 Carrington Avenue to formalise existing structures on the land.

The purpose of the consent is for the occupation of the road reserve by a garden bed, covered entrance, stairs, railing and tiled areas.

Consultation closes on Thursday 9 March 2023.
