Project Background

The Federal Government Black Spot Funding is an initiative to improve the conditions or management of recorded and potential locations of casualty crashes. On behalf of the Federal Government, Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) administers the Black Spot Funding program.

Based on the recorded crashes and analysis, Raglan Street met the eligibility criteria for Black Spot Program funding. As a result, Council received funding to implement identified safety improvement measures along Raglan Street between The Esplanade and Clanalpine Street.
