Consultation has concluded
Council resolved to exhibit a draft Contributions Plan to replace the current Section 94A Development Contributions Plan 2016. Contributions (previously Section 94A Contributions) are payments made by persons undertaking development work to help fund the provision of public facilities in accordance with Section 7.12 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
The draft Contributions Plan maintains the same level of contributions as the previous Plan, that is:

0.5% of the value of the work
Over $200,000
1% of the value of the work
The draft Contributions Plan has been prepared to provide updated references to legislation and an updated schedule of projects that would be funded including:
Redevelopment of the Allan Border Oval Pavilion and the Middle Head Oval Pavilion;
Playground upgrades at Bay Street Reserve, Clifton Gardens Reserve, Hunter Park and Reid Park;
Implementation of the Mosman Bicycle Plan and Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan; and
Upgrades to the Mosman Swim Centre and Balmoral Baths
The draft Contributions Plan is on public exhibition until Thursday 17 May 2018.
